Is it possible to grind Violet Eye reputation through Kara trash with a 5 man team?

I can say just from playing Kara in normal PVE that many of the trash pulls would be 100% possible with a multibox team. A well geared AOE tank and healer could stay up indefinitely for sure. If you're in mostly epic gear then I guarantee you could kill at least some of the early trash! The only question here is just how far in you could go.

I've managed to kill the kill the first boss and clear all trash up to Maiden without much problem quadboxing while my bro has been healing but I am sure I could do that with my 5man team as well - so yes, you could grind your way to exalted by just killing trash since they respawn fairly quickly (will still take ages though ;) )

Not sure about your group composition but for those horses multiple tremor totems are a must since those fears screw things up really quickly.

You can kill the spider, bats, and something else in that first right room as you enter. They spawn pretty fast too.

Definitely doable with 5 shammies (or, I'd assume, with any team that can handle an instance), but just grinding up to attumen & waiting on a reset would take a while to get you exalted. If you get a friend to heal/tank (preferably one of each) that fight I'm sure you could take attumen down too.

I managed to 2-box in there the other night with some friends that are ex-guildies. The other DPS sure liked having back-to-back heroisms for every boss fight. Got the epic +nature dmg ring for one of my toons off the trash leading to opera. That was pretty lucky, I've only seen it drop a few times in the dozens of full clears I've done in that place.

You can kill all the bats/spiders/hounds in the Servant's Quarters and even the random boss there without being saved to the instance. That stuff is easy... totally 5-man np. You'll get maybe, 2K? ish rep for a full clear of the area and you can either run out and reset or just wait on some respawns as it pops quick.
