Quick question about key repeats.

Hello, I am new to multiboxing and am wondering about key repeating when using AutoHotKey. Currently when pressing a button to cast a spell, AutoHotKey will try to cast it over and over until the key isn't being pushed anymore. Even on a normal key stroke the program will try to cast the spell 2 times. Is there a way to disable the key repeating? Looking around I was unable to find anything about it and according to Blue posts on the WoW forums, key repeating is against the rules. Thanks for your time.

What you are talking about is indeed botting , you will need to fix that or risk banning. How to? no idea sorry I do not use AHK.

Yea if possible don`t test it ingame :)

Kinda a bummer if you would get banned for it.

Any idea what could be causing it? The key repeating was even happening using Sorn's script posted on these forums.

Are you sure that's not your keyboard software doing that? It sounds like it might be the cause..

I use AHK and a G15 and I've never had a problem with key repeating, and I pulled the base of my AHK script from here..

I'm pretty sure its not my keyboard software. The keyboard is just a standard HP keyboard.

Yeah I certainly would suggest you try to test it outside the game environment until you get that resolved. That's a ban waiting to happen.

How would I go about testing it outside the game? I've only ever used AHK with WoW.
