is there a way to macro just a click... i will be looking into this, but if you have you curser set at the center or just off center or where ever on the screen.. macro to cast aoe spell, click macro to press button where ever the curser is... but this is a dream im sure.. but we have some good macro folks around here...

May be old news and not functional now, but have a look at this thread and see if you can get it to work, the logistics may be tough, but assuming you know the distance that the mobs are away from you (using max ranges on skills, i.e. Flame Burst has just gone OOR) and you are directly facing the mobs, you should be able to estimate fairly accurately the coords needed.
