Picking up/using stuff

I've browsed the forums and google, and could not find it so im making a post to pester you all with my problem ;)

Is there any macro/addon that enables u to picking up quest items/herbs and/or using interactive stuff, by simply putting your alts near the thing and pushing a button?

Would be nice to have dont ya think?

Little bit simpler ( and if you dont mind clicking on your alts screens) is to just turn on 'click to move' option - through the interface-->mouse options.

You right click on corpse/herb/quest item and your alt will run to the item in question and loot the corpse, or pick the flower, or open a quest doodad :D
Then you just press your follow button (if they're not too far away) to bring them back to you.
