Hello all.
Brand new to Keyclone. I have dual-boxed with my 2 and 3 accounts with CoH. But it was a simple "follow with one power on auto".
I read about Keyclone and decided to dive in. Well it doesn't really work. I did a quick search here and saw that others have also had problems with that game. No one posted a solution in any of those threads though. Is there as solution or did I just buy keyclone for naught?

You may have bought keyclone for naught (There's a word that doesn't see enough use, so good job!)
The only solution I could see was using keyclone over multiple machines (which I for one don't have), or using a hardware solution such as a wireless mouse/keyboard with multiple receivers or a Vetra Keyboard Multicaster/ KVM Switches.
Unfortunately NCSoft and Cryptic were concerned with the prospect of botting way back at the beginning, and handled it in what I think is a terrible way: adding hidden characters to each keystroke so that you actually have to have that window active and be pressing the key for a certain amount of time for these hidden ASCII characters to activate.
You can see evidence of this when you ALT-Tab out of a CoH/CoV window while zoning, and when you come back your character is strafing left or saying "READY!" over and over or something weird. So us people here at Dual-Boxing haven't found a way to fix it on one computer. The only way someone was able to get it working was on multiple machines. A programmer would be able to sift through the mountains of code for about 6 weeks to 6 months and figure out what those hidden keystrokes are, and duplicate them, but I'm fresh out of programmer friends.

Thanks. Not great news....but it is what it is. I was so looking forward to having a little fun with this.
I'll just pretend I was going to throw that $20 out into the street. :)
