I'm trying to upgrade my trial accounts from the recruit a friend and that crap is borked too, their billing support line is perma busy till next week I'm guessing :(

I am so going to start going postal on murlocs soon if I have to see one saying "Oops" to me many more times. Stayed up till 6am this morning trying to get the tix, now 11am and back at it while at work...at least I have been able to sign-in and get up to the ticket info page again now.

I just got all the way to processing, hit the murloc, clicked back and now site down for maintenence again.

God this is so frustrating, just want to get the tickets so I can go book flights and accommodation (3 days in Vegas before conference ftw, if only Mix08 was happening them too), but guess it will all be worth it in the end.

Sorry for getting you all excited. It was up for no more than 5 min. I was able to get a ticket (and billed multiple times!), and went down a minute after.


"Update: 9:40 PM PDT - We are continuing our work on bringing the website back up, however, we have decided that we do not want to make everyone wait until the early hours of the morning, hoping at a chance to purchase tickets. Thus, we will not bring up the website until after the beginning of business day tomorrow, Tuesday, August 12. We want to assure everyone that a great majority of tickets are still available for purchase. "
