Is it possible to make some kind of pass-only list in keyclone?
To clarify: I want to define a list of keypresses that will ONLY be sent to non-focus windows, like an inverse do-not-pass list.
I want this in order to be able to keyboard turn all characters but the one I currently have as window focus.

yes... it is called the white-list.
go to the do-not-pass list... clear it.. then check the 'white list' box at the bottom. once checked, only those keys in the list will be passed between your wows.
is that what you were looking for?

Not really.
What I'm after is to be able to define a list of keys, that will NOT be sent to the focused WoW window, but WILL be sent to the other WoW windows.
Basically, I'd like Keyclone to hide these key presses from my focused window.

I'd be interested in this functionality as well if it's somehow possible.

This is what I do...
I have Keyclone setup to not send WADS. However, the arrow keys are broadcast to all my other sessions. Not all my sessions have the arrow keys mapped. Those remote sessions that do not have arrow keys mapped as movement keys have those keys remapped as IJKL.
WASD moves my lead toon. IJLK moves one set of remote characters. UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT moves the rest of the team.
