I am running a:

HP Pavilion

AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
2.00Ghz, 2.00GB Ram

Two monitors : View Sonic 19" and a Samsung 22" wide screen

ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT Graphics Card

I am only wanting to run two characters at a time and this is what I have set up.
One character per monitor.

I only have 2 problems so far,

1) I made a macro for the low res as such:

1 /say detail: low
2 /console groundEffectDensity 16
3 /console groundEffectDist 1
4 /console horizonfarclip 1305
5 /console farclip 177
6 /console characterAmbient 1
7 /console smallcull 1
8 /console skycloudlod 1
9 /console detailDoodadAlpha 1

I just copied and pasted it into my WoW and when I hit it, I get exactly in a say
the above macro. So, I took the numbers out and when I hit it now all I get is
"ApacheCow Says: low"

Is there any way to check and make sure the settings took effect from the macro
or am I doing it completely wrong?

2) When I have both WoW's running, I get flickers across my screens every few seconds.
Am I tasking my graphics card to much?

Those are the only real problem si have atm....I am liking this multiboxing thing and if
I really get to likeing it, Il probably go out and buy 4 other PC's to 5 box with.

Any help is appreceiated.

Try this to see the difference in settings:

1. Go to the video settings and click on the "Defaults" Button. Click OK
2. Press Ctrl-R - you should now see your FPS at bottom of your screen in yellow.
3. Take note of that number.
4. Then run your lo res script.
5. Take note of the number. it should be higher after the script.

As for "tasking your graphics card too much" - the hardware you have will easily run 2 instances of wow (with some tweaking you could probably run 5).

Good luck!

K, tried it and didnt see much of a change if any.......my macro is setup as such:

/say detail: low
/console groundEffectDensity 16
/console groundEffectDist 1
/console horizonfarclip 1305
/console farclip 177
/console characterAmbient 1
/console smallcull 1
/console skycloudlod 1
/console detailDoodadA

Should I put anything before otr after it? When I click it, as I said all I see is me saying "low"...

If you mean a flickering line across the screen across the center i had the same problem a while back. Turned out that the new driver i had installed caused it so i went back a driver version. Don't know any better advice to fixing it.

like many scripting languages, no error means that it worked. there are no confirmation messages in the script items you have in there.

for your video problem, you MIGHT try turning on Vertical sync in WOW - options-> VIdeo- put a check in vertical sync. it might be screen tearing that you are noticing. V-sync can reduce frame rates though.
