I am having alot of trouble with the slave WoW account not responding to any keystrokes. I purchased KEYCLONE, i run a rig that i know is definately good enough for multiple copies at once. I followed many guides as to how to setup my keyclone: Vyndree's, Gunsanddiamonds', Keyclone's. It just doesnt work for me it seems.

My issue simply is as stated in Vyndree's how to guide "step-by-step basic keyclone setup" FAQ: step-by-step basic keyclone setup ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=8716').

In this forum she explains how to setup the macros to follow and assist and whatnot. I believe that i have that portion of it correct but the brick wall that i am running into constantly is when i have my main jump or do any action the slave does not follow. I went into further reading on this and and found many posts on the keymap editor on the keyclone program but all of the guides had an exclaimer not to use this section unless doing more than dualboxing or if one were to negait aoe affects and sofourth. Right now i am running a 2 warrior combination (just to see how things work) and when i try to attack using my main my slave does not follow suite. Well i believe that is all the problems that i am running into so far. Thanks for taking your time to read and if you need anymore information from me to get a better understanding as to what the hell im talking about please let me know and i will be happy to reply asap.

G'evening Stitchez and welcome to the forums!

when you run keyclone, do you see the message of the day or the 'license expired' message?

are you on vista? did you 'run as' admin by right-click/run-as admin?

when your wows are running, are there 2 lines in the keyclone list?

talk to you soon,

Rob

is there anything in your "do not pass" list?

Is the "White-list option" UNCHECKED? on the "do-not-pass" screen

Not sure if this will help but I was in same boat as you yesterday using other programs. I downloaded keyclone and basically all i did was loaded up my first account. I then loaded up my second account. I then loaded up keyclone and I was good to go. I hit spacebar and both characters jumped so at that point i started setting up macros.

WOOT WOOT WOOT WOOT WOOT. for some reason that worked. very strange. just for the hell of it i started wow1 then keyclone then wow2 = result did not work. then i followed your instructions by starting wow1 then wow2 then keyclone. worked like magic. i wonder why that is tho.

Well for future reference i run a Windows XP Professional(Media Center 2005 actually. but thats what it says) - Service Pack 2

thanks again noob boxer

good to see that worked for you.
another way of starting your wows if by defining a command for each wow.
you can find that under the setup/commands

if you'd like to set that up and are a bit confused, drop me a note and i'll try to give you a step by step

simple question, but have you connected the two copies together (ie. in the connect box of one entered the IP address and port number (192.168.x.x:1320) - where x.x are the two octets of your ip address, and the pressed connect?
