scaling?

I've seen in a couple RaF thread people saying that the x3 xp doesn't scale. What does that mean exactly?

300% is 300% whether you're level 1, 20, 50....

Perhaps they mean it doesn't scale in that the 3x experience goes away when you hit level 60? It scales normally from 1-60 though. It's just a flat percentage.

It means no matter how much spell power you have, you will only do 3x exp gain. :D
