PSU should be fine, unless you are running 6 Raptors or a second video card.

did you order from newegg? Planning on building a new box as well thats pretty much exactly like yours, although I'm gonna wait a little closer to WOTLK since I'm running more or less ok on my current rig. I was thinking of also buying 2 smaller raptors and a terabyte storage drive, split the WoWs across the raptors although not sure where I'd put the Vista swap drive (with 8GB I'd hope to never have to swap!)

Yes. I have the same Corsair 620W (SeaSonic) in my Q6600 system, and at one point last year, it was powering the Q6600 OC'd to 3.2GHz, 4GB memory, 8800GTX, 8600GT, 2x 36GB Raptors, 2x 320GB WD Caviars, an X-Fi sound card, 3x CD/DVD drives, and a bunch of 120mm fans. Power consumption at the wall was around 425-475W at full load on all 4 cores and both videocards, so you'll be fine. Total wattage isn't usually an issue with power supplies - people tend to go WAY overboard with that. It's the amps of power on the 12V rails that need to be checked. The 620W has more than enough 12V amps for your components, and the SeaSonic models from Corsair are fantastic.
