I hate to start another one but this question seems to not be addressed. We all know x3 xp stops at 60 but how about honor? Will you get x3 honor at 70, the S2 gear for x5 elemental shammy is probably the best "starter" gear to get. X3 honor at 70 would make a huge impact at how fast you could acquire your gear and then go PVE.
