Started boxing a few months back but after loads of other stuff to prio I put the project on ice for a while.

A friend of mine is quitting and giving me his lvl 68 warrior to me. I got a lvl 70 rogue myself, so I figured id try to box theese two Melee for a try :).

Question is; Is this "possible"? And buy possible I know it can be done, but is it worth the effort ?

In before the ass-chewing.....

He can't give you this character or account to you because it's not his to give away nor yours to use and the communtiy guidelines here don't allow for the discussion of use which breaks Blizzards policies. So the simple and uncomplicated answer is no this is not possible and it's definitely not worth it.

From your own point of view, if you multi-box with someone else's account and you're reported, both accounts are going out of the window. Its happened before, it'll happen again, don't run the risk of thinking you'll get away with it. You might for a week, you might for a month but when it DOES happen you're losing them both.

Buy another account, level it up by yourself and then start multiboxing. Otherwise there'll be tears down the road.

Anyway... 2melee + duel boxing = fail imo

Yeah the name issue will get you with multiboxing. Keep in mind you will get reported almost constantly and be under watch by the GMs. Yeah, you could probably play your friend's warrior solo without ever being looked at, or have your buddy run a raid with your rogue while you worked a night shift, but with multiboxing, you are never flying under the radar... Don't risk it.
