Commanding 2 instances of WoW on the same PC

Hi, with the new changes to the recruit a friend I decided to make a couple of new character and level them up on the same PC. I've been searching like mad over the internet for a way to command the instance I dont have on top without tabbing to it. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if there was a way of making those commands, just a couple of keys really.
