This from www.worldofraids.com regarding upcoming 2.3 patch:
General
•New Flying Mount added. Requires 2,000g and Exalted with Cenarion Expedition. (UP2)
•Healing Reduction effects now affect all Drain spells and abilities (i.e. Mortal Strike vs Drain Life)
•Level 20-60 Quest EXP has been increased, while EXP to Level has been decreased. (src)
•Guild Banks added to the game. (src)
•New Arena Relics have been added for more talent specs, and existing Relics have been renamed to create a more consistent naming convention. (src)
•1/3rd of +Healing will count as +Dmg (src)
You might want to reconsider your alt multibox teams. Not quite sure if normal mobs will yield more XP or if instancing will give more, but with a more forgiving leveling curve it might be easier next patch.

The fact that the new sound crashes with alot of 5.1 sound cards means they should have tested more, testing on only 2.1 sound systems=stoopid, k? :)

Yeah 2.3 looks crazy awesome.
Aside from Ele Shamans getting a massive nerf and some more mana efficiency.
Might test my 5 Shaman out as resto though on Test when it comes out, 1/3rd of +heal = +dmg and Resto gets a percent of int = +dmg/+heal so wondering how much the +dmg would equal.
Mages get coefficient tax lifted and Shamans get theirs nerfed. :(

Look at the changes. They are significantly nerfing elemental shaman burst damage but increasing their long-term damage output. Basically, they're nerfing PVP viability and improving raid viability. Consider me underwhelmed but unsurprised.

The numbers I recall were 30% less exp needed for leveling, no idea of the quest returns but one quest, should give one pod of exp unless it's a very simple "Talk to the guy right next to me". Grouped you're still going to be punished by a very bad split and an equally bad group bonus, but it's definitely going to help for non-lock/mage/shaman/anything else that easily handles multiple targets without long waitingtimes between groups.
I gotta wait and see what the quest bonus is like. Even half a pod of exp for one quest would be a lot more than what you get these days after a few levels.
"Fear Ward will now be available to all Priests at level 20."
very good but look at what they gave dranei and dwarf priests, and what they did to the Fear Ward cooldown? Blizzard might as well admit that patch writing day is get crunk at work day, and design female character models day is bring your 12 year old son to work day, and design male character models day is bring Marvel comics rejects to work day.
and I'm a huge hunter freak with one proud 70 hunter sold and one 60 but:
"Arcane Shot (Rank 6+) will now dispel 1 Magic effect in addition to damage. (src)"
That's too much. Or they just want people to cry nerf at hunters instead of only warlocks. Mother of dog.
Shammie elemental damage used to be through the roof, with 2.3 it's goign to take a hit but the buffs make it look like an attractive idea, shame about positioning issues in melee, etc..
