Hey all. I started out with 5 Allaince hunters months ago, was sick fun got to about 19 or so. Dropped them for 4 shammys was great fun took them to 60, cleared ramps with a healer. But it was just hard to find a healer or a tank that actually knew how to play. So I parked my horde shammys, and picked up my 5 ally hunters. Im trying to get them lvled for the 59 twink bracket to join mine and my buddys twinks. However since im rerolling a few of my buddys wanted to make new twinks. Basically im boosting my 5 hunters and 3 of my buddys with my warrior. And man is it going slow lol. Im trying to stay focused on it but the more i boost the more i wander off and play my other twinks. If i do another team it will be a good make up so i can just instance all the way up. I just have this burning desire to do 5 dps, ya i know its not the ideal make up, but i feel it will be rewarding, when i can aim shot some mage as hes riding up to get our flag.

Why are you boosting your friends? I mean, why aren't they just questing instead of leeching your time from your 5? It's damn slow enough to level 5, let alone 5 + 3.

You're getting used and abused like a 2 dollar smore.

I gotta agree here. It's fast enough for a single player to follow the free guides at wow-pro like Jame's, but man.. it takes long enough to level your own team, don't get used as a free booster. If you want 5 dps, make 5 dps that have the ability to heal.. 5x shaman or 5x priests.

I would invite them when you want company.. but as far as giving them a permanent spot.. i have to agree with other 2 posts.... Make them quest some.... either that or make them pay you gold for the PL since you will need it x5 later to get mounts etc. :)

Ouch!

Tell your friends to level together in the conventional way while you focus on leveling your own team - that's painful enough anyway.

No way on God's green earth is it going to be fun to do things the way you are. I struggle to motivate myself enough to boost my own characters, let alone other peoples!

Apart from anything else, they'll end up at the level you're all aiming for before your team is! If you really want to help them, it probably ought to be when you've achieved your goal and want to help them catch up by nuking quests, etc, for them.

If it ain't fun, you need to stop doing it.

Ya well I got them into this game none of them got a 70 to there name, so i kind feel responsible for them. But ya next group will be self sufficent. I find that the 1-40 part is the hardest, and the dullest. At 40 i head to BRD, then LBRS at 51 ish. When i hit 40 it seems so fast. At 55 its all over with.

If they're playing the game for the first time, they're really missing out by just being power-leveled through those instances. They'll be fine later on (you don't need to be a brain surgeon to figure this game out), but those lower levels are a lot of fun the first time through.
