Farming Aldor Rep

I was wondering if anyone has any experience doing this with a 5 shamen team. I am pretty close to getting exalted with SSO then the next thing is to get my Aldor rep up on all my toons. I am sitting at Honored on all my toons and have something like 500 Mark of Sargeras saved up. Any advice where these drop often? I think I have some grinding to do in Botanica so I might just end up grinding that place for shatar rep while hopefully getting marks.

I vote for shadowlabs as well. this instance is pretty easy for a 5 man shaman team and you get a lot of marks dropped.
the only rough patch for me is the mobs just before the second boss. don't forget to have one or two tremor totems down on the rooms with the first and second bosses.

The warlocks at the top of Legion Hold in SMV are my favorite place. They have very low HP and respawn almost instantly, even with my full team of 5 it's impossible to keep them all dead. Shadow Lab. is also a good suggestion for the additional rep you'd be getting though.

Holy crap the grind for one toon is painfully slow to get exalted. I have done it twice. Make sure you check out wowwiki and do every single Aldor quest line. There are a bunch of them. I grinded the low level marks to honored, then did all the quests and that got me half way through exalted. If you are doing this x5, do the quests.

Depending on the AH on your server it might well be faster to grind your gold regularly and purchase Aldor marks.

Botanica is not a good place to grind aldor marks. But they do drop quite a few scryers marks if you can trade them.

So it might be better to farm the scryers marks. Listen to the trade channel a little to see what the ratio is or check the ah to see how much more one is to the other.

For ease just take the first room over and over and ....I've been doing this. If I see a mining node behind the first boss I clear him out too, but otherwise just wipe out first room, run out & reset, repeat. The big felguard dudes are not hard if you have 5 staggered tremor totems down, and a macro to dps x 4 and heal target of target on one of your toons. The delicious instructors don't even require that really, so when they're the daily I take them out too. I ground out most of level 69-70 doing this, still only revered lower city.

The trouble with this is it's pretty boring after a while >.< Mix it up with trips to mech to try and get a totem of the void.

I got a friend to come in on his druid tank to take out the 2nd boss in slab once, and 5 shammies in very mediocre gear can clear the rest of the place no problem. Murmur is probably not too bad once you get used to him (I've downed him once solo, lost one toon). But that 2nd boss is very challenging to a boxer on their own.

Well I am ~6k rep away from SSO exalted so I should get that tonight. I did some calculation last night. each toon currently has

1410/12000 honored

that means that each toon need 31590 more rep or 157950 total rep. If I do all Marks I will need ~6318 marks to go to exalted or ~451 Fel arnaments. Checking my AH last night If i were able to purchase all these marks/fel arnaments I will need something like 9K-12K gold.

I cleared Shadow Labs once before in way worse gear. I think the plan is to do all the normal SSO dailies I do plus start doing the one in Blades edge that gives you 5 marks per turn in. Then go far Shadow Labs. Hopefully the drop rate is really good. Worse case is I get bored and switch to something else then I just have to save up the gold to buy everything (12k/~400g from dailies = 30 days). Oh well wish me luck
