premade A/V question

we had 3 mboxers on Hyjal trying to get into the same A/V. We just sign up 3 groups at the same time. This usually works fine if two of us try to get into one together, I would say at lest 90% of the time. But when we try to get 3 of us (or should I say 15 of us) try it doesn't work so well.
It seems much worse during the A/V weekend. After an hour of tries we gave up and just started doing whatever A/V we could get because it was taking too long to group up.
We tried some addon that has everyone join as an individual but we gave up after an hour of tries with that too.

Then I ran into an A/V against a group of well geared horde from the Cenarian Circle realm. 35 of those horde were from the same server. I just want to know how they got 35/40 horde onto the same battle ground when we can't get 15/40 onto the same battle ground?
This was an incredibly hard hour long A/V, they couldn't get to our end because we had two mboxers but they very effectively kept us from capturing any towers.

I guess they weren't joining as groups of 5 but using an addon to all join the AV queue simultaneously...

Preform AV Enabler allows the group/raid leader to solo queue everybody (whom have their battlemaster windows open) simultaneously with a button press.
In addition, the group/raid leader can also force members with the addon installed to either leave queues or join the majority's battleground instance.
A status window allows all those with the addon installed to view the current queue status of each other.
The "15" of you could do the same but would have the disadvantage of probably not being the Raid Leader and so having to rely on someone else to move your MB chars around to re-group.

Back in the day, when I as grinding for HWL. we used to all que at same time though vent. what ever game most got , rest would gue for that one.

if its a new game 89-90 percent would get into same AV.:)

Here is what I do with my guild. We used to use Preform AV but imo it sucks a large nut!

We get 8 people on vent. Guildies are the best. We have them all spam for AV premade in /2. Once each group is full the 8 people on vent then open up the battle master.

I would then count down from 3 ending on 1 and when I say 1 all 8 of us click on join party. 98% of the time all 8 players get the same AV which means all 40 players get in.

This works great as you ALWAYS get the LEAD! From there is it a matter of spamming info to groups and talking to your group leaders. It's just like the army!

Just make sure you tell the people that are not on vent to not join an AV unless the party leader says too.

Besides from that there is WAY less confusion all around for players and everyone gets in super fast.
