i'm pretty sure that if you go to advanced search in google, you can type in a URL and it will show you what sites link to any certain site...

I didn't see any obvious major sites backlinking - It might be worth checking the server logs and see if there's any patterns there from the referrers.

No. It happened twice today. Firstly around 1000, then it dropped down to about 600, then back up to 1200. Weird. also the things that I saw some of them doing. Basically mostly "emailing" us. :-|

I have a macroed response that says, "Gone Multi-boxing! If we lose then you can blame me! If we win you can blame me! For more information visit Dual-boxing.com." I hit this when people start messing with me in WSG. But i don't think I could have caused those numbers! lol

MY forums been having issues with that ever since the new batman movie... www.thedarkknights.com .... apparently the spammers love hitting me. Was getting 200 - 400 spam posts on the blog and the forums a day for a while there, eventually I banned enough IP's and domains...
