What we do is entirely within the WoW ToS, so answer truthfully. Anything other than that will lead to problems.
Refer people here too, no problem.
Grief from others is normal - you'll find lots of posts here about that in general, along with creative ways people deal with it :)
There are LOTS of official responses (http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/GM_Conversations) maintained in the Wiki, which you'll want to read if you're in any doubt about the legality of what we do.

Simply this, Multiboxing does not violate the rules at all and has been called by blizzard legal and not a cheat on thousands of occasions.
If someone reports you blizzard will usually not even bother you and tell them that it is legal.
If someone asks you if you are botting.. simply ignore them or say no, it's multiboxing & legal.
For telling others about it I'd recommend just saying, search google for Dual-boxing or Multiboxing (that will bring them here most likely) without directly linking this site. That is because if you give them a direct link it is possible blizzard could pin you down for advertising (not likely but could) so safest bet is just tell them to search it :)
Bottom line is, you won't get in any trouble for multiboxing. Others will try to get you in trouble because they are ignorant but you won't. As long as you have the same exact information on your accounts (billing, account holder's name, etc.).. you're completely fine.
Have fun :)

is that against tos? is openess the best way to acceptance i guess is my pointSeveral GMs in the WoW CSF forum have stated that detecting MBers is laughably easy, so I would'nt worry at all, as long as you're not using anything that you should't be, and your accounts are in your name. MBIng is perfectly fine.
I've filed several reports while MBing, and everytime, when i talked to the GMs, I started out with "FYI I'm MBing, so don't mind if the other two ignore you!" - gets a chuckle, usually. :)
You can steer people here, no problem - whenever a MB QQer thread is started in the US or EU forums, they generally get pointed here pretty quickly - doing it in the game is no different. There's a lot of confusion about what MBing is - I told a guy in Trade yesterday to come here, because he thought it was an addon that allowed us to do this. Many people just go by what they've been told, and there's a ton of disinformation being thrown around, so people coming here and finding out exactly what we do, how we do it, and how we are not hiding anything is very important to us getting more respect and support.
