Hello :)
I'm currently running a fairly decent 32 bit system atm however in time (say Sept'ishg) I would like to upgrade to a 64 bit ops system to up my RAM.
When I upgrade will it clean out what's on my harddrive now so I will lose all my saved stuff or will it just upgrade the system and keep my files intact?
If it cleans out the harddrive will I need to purchase another version of keyclone for the new system or will I just be able to get another key free since it's the same system?
/confused.

There's no upgrade path from 32 to 64, so you'll be doing an OS installation from scratch, effectively.
With that in mind, when I did mine a few weeks ago, I opted to format the hard disk as part of the process, being careful to take backups of everything of course, and making sure I had all the 64bit drivers available on USB and network drives "just in case". I don't know how pretty an "overlay" installation of 64 would be, but I bet it wouldn't be nice...
FWIW, my installation was exceptionally painLESS and I've had no problems at all with Vista64. I've never looked back. My machine's pretty new though, and had all mainstream components.
Keyclone works fine, and once you've installed it on your shiney new 64 bit system just PM Keyclone here on the forums and he'll make reassign your licence to the new machine for free.
Good luck!

As has already been answered by Otlecs;
You can't upgrade from 32 to 64 bit, you must perform a clean install
PM Keyclone and have you key reallocated
I upgraded from 32 to 64 bit last week and I've not expierenced any issues (touch wood). There are a couple of applications out there that won't install on a 64 bit OS, but in most cases you can simply edit the installation file with a tool called Orca and remove the OS requirement.
Why are you looking at upgrading to 64 bit?

While I am getting a slighly higher FPS on 64 bit, it may also be the result of a clean instllation and updated drivers. Though, in general I've noticed a considerable increase in system performance, but it is now taking advantage of 8Gb RAM instead of 4Gb. Photoshop is running faster and smoother. And I do get a warm tingly feeling when I run notepad in 64 bit LOL

Agreed, Fleecy.
I was 5 boxing on Vista 32-bit & the 3.5GB RAM requirement just wasnt cutting it. Once i did a fresh wipe+install to Vista 64, the 8GB is definitely helping to improve overall performance and frame rates. I am able to run the 4 slave windows at 25/45 min/max vs 15/25 previously under Vista 32-bit.
