1) *points to the Wiki link at the top of the web page*

Besides that...

2) Accounts need to all be in your name, otherwise inc banhammer. No borrowing.

Just some advice: keep it simple, and don't let your excitement let you get ahead of yourself. MBing is a blast, but it can also be really frustrating - I have had nights where I logged off in disgust and utter frustration, as I hit new levels where my tactics and macros don't work anymore. Be willing to try new things, and stop worrying about the old ways of playing the game - who cares how long it takes, or how much gold you have, or getting to 70, or having all the best gear. My teams all run in made gear or quest gear, and I have so much fun I don't even think about gear! In fact, several times I've gone to look at one of their profiles, and am shocked to realize they still have level 30 stuff equipped!

Multiboxing isnt as easy as it sounds/looks. A lot of stuff is actually a royal pain in the ass.
