My Shammies progress in BRD (warning, lots of images, though thumbnailed)

At lvl 53 I decided to see how much of BRD I could clear.
Following are pictures of the bosskills in the order they were killed/taken.

General Angerforge killed at lvl 53

Between here I cleared (i think it was on this run) the different fights in the grim Guzzler too, though these were much easier the second time I did it and knew the fights better.
Also didn't fight Phalanx until later after I figured out that way of getting through the door. First few times, I'd fight/kill some bar guests, wiping or not, until the guards came through the door so I could kill them and move on.

My first attempt at The Seven, at lvl 53, killed 4 out of 7

Ring of Law cleared at lvl 53/54, different boss than on the lvl 53 run, where i could not kill the one I got at the time

Finally cleared the quest event to survive the onslaught at the npc Gor'Shak, at lvl 54

Went back to The Seven at lvl 55 and cleared it.

After that I made an attempt at getting through The Lyceum, but ran out of mana near the end, will attempt it again soon, since I'm higher lvl now.
Also got my MC attunements done at lvl 55 after killing The Seven for the first time.
And later have learned the smelting of Dark Iron, after a bit of back and forth to find out how.

Yeah, the lyceum is a bitch. Have to be careful and slow, and time your fire nova totems nearly perfectly. :P

Yeah, my best attempt that one time when I tried it, was I got one flame and was right next to the place it is to be taken to, but ran out of mana and got caught by respawns.

When I tried it at that level, I aggro'd too many and the first torch timed out on me when I had to release and run back, meaning I'd have had to rerun the whole damn instance. Highly annoying. :P

I went into BRD first time yesterday with my 5 x 55 Shaman team ... and I tore that thing apart. Unfortunately I dont have the Shadowforge key yet (will fix that tonight), so I havent tried out the second part of the instance.
