Abilities that cause Disease:
Plague Strike - 1 Unholy, 1 Blood
Weapon Damage + XX, PLAGUES for XXX over 12 sec.

TALENT (Blood) - Might of Mograine 3/3 - Increases the Critical Strike Damage Bonus of Blood Strikes, Plague Strike and Obliterate by 60%.
TALENT (Unholy) - Epidemic 2/2 - Diseases caused by you last 6 seconds longer.
TALENT (Unholy) - Vicious Strikes 3/3 - Increases Critical Strike Chance by 3% and Crit Strike Damage Bonus by 15% of Plague Strikes, Death Strike and Degeneration.
TALENT (Unholy) - Improved Plague Strike 3/3 - Increases Plague Strike damage by 15%.
Degeneraton - 1 Unholy
60% Weapon Damage, PLAGUES for XX over 21 sec.
Removes HoTs while empowering Plague for each HoT removed.

Ghoul Minions, summoned by the Deathknight using Raise Dead, are able to cause disease to their target (this info based off other Talent descriptions. I have found no info directly indicating this). I assume 1 disease debuff is applied, which is unique from your own.

TALENT (Unholy) - Crypt Fever + Ebon Plaguebringer - Your diseases also cause an additional disease which debuffs the target for 18 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
TALENT (Unholy) - Unholy Blight - AE effect stacking 1 plague per second to a max of 3. Does damage per second. Duration depends on available Runic Power.

I actually had a huge plan with Obliterate, involving 5 Deathknights stacking Disease counters on a target, then each of the Obliterating repeatedly until they got unlucky and the diseases were removed (See Annihilation Talent), but then I reread the Obliterate description and its damage is only based off your own Disease counters on the target. BOOOO. I was figuring with 20 disease counters from 5 Deathknights, a single obliterate would do >4000 + Weapon Damage, modified by AP, and could be repeated as long you didn't encounter the 10% chance to have the disease counters removed, and had Blood and Frost Runes to spare.
So now I've just turned all my efforts into an informational post, which I'm sure can be found elsewhere :p
I guess an alternate path to abuse Obliterate would be: Obliterate Abuse Build ('http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=jMGZf0x0hZbcxhxIod0kVgcVo').
Get as many Disease counters as possible (7. Or if stacked diseases are taken into consideration, then 11), causing your Oblits at Rank 5 to do 2507 + Weapon Damage, plus AP modification, with 5% increase Crit Strike Chance. Your Blood Strikes will also do 1802 + 90% (due to Talents) = 3423 + 60% of Weapon Damage, then modified by AP.
Actually, Blood Strikes seems like it does WAY more damage then Oblit, given the above situation. I'm sure I'm wrong somewhere, but I'll have to wait for WotLK to comes out :p Blood Strikes seems pretty rediculous given the Talent improves the Bonus Damage by 90%. It sounds like a 10k Crit is not out of the question, with no Cooldown.
