As a Rogue, there are only 3 states that you are usually in. Stealth, Combat and Not in Combat.

So to minimize the amount of buttons my Rogue has, I use dual action buttons that check to see if I'm in Stealth or Combat.

     /cast [stealth] Garrote(); [combat] Blind;

     /cast [stealth] Cheap Shot; [combat] Gouge();

     /cast [stealth] Pick Pocket; [combat] Kick(); 

     /cast [stealth] Distract; [combat] Kidney Shot(); 

     /cast [stealth] Sap; [combat] Sinister Strike();
