~1850 DPS on the 80 target dummy. This was tested with my mixed spec (bear/cat) and tanking gems/enchants with roughly 3300 gear score. Maintains about 90% uptime on rake/rip.

Cat form stats during testing: 4632 AP, 38% crit, 26 Expertise, 60 Hit, 279 STR, 759 AGI, 1303 STA, 145dps staff equipped (+1247 feral dps)

Shred/rear-positional

~2000 DPS on the 80 target dummy. Still maintains about 90% bleed uptime. Same stats in testing as above.
This one is still in testing. Works better the more crit you have.
