Giving RaF levels

I'm coming to an end of my (Account A - Account B (started with 2 accounts, recently expanded to 3)) RaF and have the following question ...

Account: A, B, C
Toon 1 (Level): 30, 30, -
Toon 2 (Level): 60, 60, -
Toon 3 (Level): 60, 60, 60
Toon 4 (Level): 30, 30, -

Account A is linked with Account B which is linked with Account C.

My question is ... does RaF level-granting cascade? At the moment, Toon 1 in Account B has 15 levels it could give to a toon in Account A (of lower level). If I use the 30 levels available in Account C to get Toon 1 in Account B up to level 60 does that then mean that Toon 1 in Account B has 30 levels to give to a toon in Account A?

If your question is, "Do gifted levels give you more grantable levels?" then the answer is yes. A gifted levels counts as a level gained so they can be used to gift forward. With a little planning this is a big time stuff.

Starting
Account A ----- Account B ----- Account C
1 --------------- 1 --------------- 59

Step 1 (C gives 29 levels to B)
Account A ----- Account B ----- Account C
1 --------------- 30 -------------- 59

Step 2 (B gives 14 levels to A)
Account A ----- Account B ----- Account C
15 -------------- 30 -------------- 59

Yeah, essentially, if you level all 3 to 30.....

Then the first to 60 (boosted or whatever), then you make the rest of them 60 by the chain level granting.

That's how I ended up with all my groups.
