twobox toolkit follow problem

hello all.
First off I wanna shout out to Keyclone! Dude! amazing app! worth every penny!
Here is my problem. I have keyclone (of course!) and twobox toolkit (also a must have for two boxin)
Twobox has a "sticky follow" feature which i have checked but it never works. I am two boxin two shamans (lvl 21 atm)
and I have my spells and totems all set nice and everything is shweet but I wish that sticky follow would work.
I enter combat and hit my frost shock/earth shock combo and then both shamans auto attack the mob to death and
thats when I expect sticky follow to work and all i get is the tell from twobox saying follow is broken.
Any ideas on what is wrong? will sticky follow work after a melee attack or is it designed to work only after spell casting.
Also any advice for a low lvl two boxin shammy setup up would be great!

auto-attack breaks follow. You have to hit your "big button" again to get them following.

i am lazy.. whats the normal "big button" macro most ppl use?
