Unable to cast spells on main account

Hello everyone. I am a complete newbie to multiboxing and decided to use HotKeyNet to try it out since it is free and seemed like it would be fairly easy to set up. Unfortunately I can't seem to get the program to work correctly. While I have HotKeys enabled my keystrokes are being sent to the secondary WoW account but not the primary one, so I have the main account up and my character just stares at the target while the secondary account's character casts spells at the target from the background. How do I get this program to work so that both accounts cast at the same time?

I'm currently using the following script for multiboxing 2 accounts on the same computer:
