If I could figure out how to control 3 WD and a monk I would totally do it, just to abuse the monk unity passive for a nice damage buff:

I was contemplating the same method, but I just don't see it as being a long term thing.
Also to do that you have to drop Mantra of Conviction and pick one of the other ones - which isn't a terrible tradeoff. I just like that one ~

I just entered a rift with about 10 goblins where I started, managed to kill a good 5-6 of them, stun locks, meteor to prevent moment and black hole.. some escaped

So, I don't know if it will work ultimately...but I'm sort of experimenting with Crusader, Monk, Wiz, and WD.

Cru for law of valor(critical + crit damage) and judgement (resolved, more crits). Decent ranged attacks (justice, blessed shield)
Monk for unity/mantra. (Way of the hundred fists and deadly reach for range-ish damage.)
Wiz for DPS (MM/arcane orb, mostly because channeling interferes with spam)
Witchdoctor for pet distraction and BBV/slam dance. Firebombs and zombie charger.

Standard spam button in isboxer to mash the appropriate keys.

I kind of like the idea of not doubling any class up. Maybe it's the novelty.

Saw a guy doing wd, monk, wiz wiz over on isboxer forums, but when I read about valor I figured I'd throw in a crusader. I'm possibly trying to stack buffs that don't stack.

I tried out the 4x Wizard, and it's gloriously smooth. Enviously so, I'd really like to mix and match some other classes but it just works. Round robin black hole (I use the rune that sucks in the elite abilities) and it really makes things go very smooth.

Still toying with the idea of other builds but so far the Wizard one is definitely high up on the fun factor.

Ellay, what build are you using for your wizards? I think I might go back to Wizards..

I have a crusader, monk, witch doctor, wizard team.. which is a good ole meat grinder with lots of of AOE buff stuff.. but I get concerned the melee do not output as well as the casters. If you're just a little too far, then they don't reach.

Crusader can do decent range damage; I forget the abilities but there is Justice I think as a builder, and a couple options for burner (phalanx, shield, theres a rune on another spender that turns it into a range ability.) The only issue is that the crusader is always lower on resources than everyone else.

For the monk, there isn't really a solution, though having him around for cyclone + exploding palm on groups probably makes up for it.
