Default Price has dropped to $14.99

Well, it's $14.99 now http://buy.swtor.com/us/ . I would assume it still comes with the first 30 days free.

    Default Swtor site adjusted prices

They just lowered the standard edition to $14.99 and the deluxe edition to $19.99.

Good deal if any anybody wants to pickup some deluxe accounts.

I plan to keep paying for my four accounts - I'm saving big money not 10-boxing WoW ATM (and I enjoy the end game content).

However, for those of you wanting to try the game out on the cheap, the $15/account with 30 days free gets you pretty close to bridging you to the FTP time, doesn't it?

BTW, from my experience Juggs, marauders, sorcerers, and assassins are pretty easy to box. Operatives aren't bad. Powertechs are a bit tougher, mercs are significantly harder, and snipers are next to impossible to box.

Thought that might be helpful to any of you starting out.

I found my commando's pretty easy. Their DPS rotation was absurdly easy to run with just 2 or 3 buttons, but I imagine you are talking about the fact is it difficult to really run an all purpose DPS spam macro like the other classes you mentioned as easier can.

Now that curtain of fire is important for gunnery commandos, it's harder to run them due to the procs being so important. That being said, I have one commando on my main team and I get DPS that is nearly as high as when I play my commando alone manually. It just requires more micro management to notice when the proc is up.

Was at K-Mart today and saw they marked the game down to $12.99. So if there is one in your area and you are planning to activate several accounts before the f2p change over, it might be worth stopping by there.
