Argoing mobs from accross the zone!?!

I have been grinding out badges on my main team ( paly+4shams) And almost every instance I run I have a situation where I'm fighting a group of mobs, and all the sudden a whole army of mobs come and trash my group. The first few times it happened I thought i might have ascendantly targeted the nearest group of mobs, but then i noticed one group coming from far away ( way out of range of any spells ). It happens in GB and SFK. Are my totems somehow doing it? I cant figure out why its happening.

This happen to anyone else?

Might be that mirror images bug again, or similar pet class bug.
