ISBoxer IWT issues

I've been trying for weeks to properly set up IWT as described here by Ualaa, but just can't figure it out.

Here's my ISBoxer file, if anyone could check it out and show me where I'm messing up:

Under FTL DPS Keys, when I apply a key map for Test, my toons don't move. Also, when I apply a keymap for Interact with Target, under General, they will randomly switch to dead or previous targets, rather than properly updating if I've switched targets.
