RaF lvling experiences

Well I finished my set of RAF lvling toons the other day and got through another set. Personally lvling 1-60 with the first set was like pulling teeth. Getting my macros down, knowing what works and what dont. Well I finished them with a total of 1 day and 9hrs played time. Which is not bad if I say so my self. But Im getting ready to do another set on a diff server where I dont have my lvl 80 hunter to help run my guys through instances. I do my lvling like this 1-10 questing, 10-20 SFK, 20-40 SM, 40-48 ZF, the last 12 lvls is what got me the most. I spent alot of time trying to figure out what instance to run or where to quests. I ran brd a few times, scholo, and strat. My questions is whatst he best way to lvling from 48-60. I was possibly thinking just questing in EPL till lvl 55 then hitting outlands and running ramparts. Dont know whats your opinions. By the way I lvled my others from 1-31 and gift lvled them to 60. I found that the easiest way instead of lvling 30-60 that was so boring but yup.
