Character Transfer from nonupgraded accounts to upgraded accounts

I have 6 accounts right now. Lets say accounts A,B,C,D,E,F

I plan on upgrading 5 of them too Wotlk (A,B,C,D,E). If i transfer a character from the 6th non wotlk account (F) to an upgraded account will that toon be allowed to go to northrend?

sounds possible. and access to northrend is by account, and not by character. so im pretty sure if your account has access to northrend (has wotlk) then any char on the account can go there.
