override key on the dnp list?

Maybe I am missing something, but I am using keyclone, and I have wasd on strict on the dnp list. However sometimes when I am doing emotes or typing something into console I want to do it on both chars, right now i turn on capslock and then hold down shift to do it, but that seems horrible.
Is there a way to make an override key (ie if I hold down shift it will overide the do not pass list) so it those keys will be broadcasted (or even better make it toggable like the caps lock key.. so if capslock is on it iwll broadcast all, if off it wont)
Unless there is this option already and im just missing it.

yes... you have the ability to specify the hotkey.. actually, 2 of them.
