I presume you've also made sure that you have your followers assist your main before trying to IWT?

Perhaps if you shared your config, we could point out what's wrong with your config.

Also in WoW keybinds you need Interact with target set to E. You mentioned it works on your main so I assume you already did it on that toon at least.

I am copying this reply directly from the ISBoxer forum.

Interact with Target requires four things:

    1) A Hotkey to be set for the Mapped Key in Base Hotkeys (in ISBoxer)
    2) A Variable Keystroke to be set for Interact with Target (in ISBoxer)
    3) An in-game key binding to be set which matches the Variable Keystroke in ISBoxer (in the game)
    4) The Interact with Target Virtual Mapped Key in your Character Set to be assigned to the Standard version (which it should be by default) (in ISBoxer -- Character Set > Virtual Mapped Keys tab)

Steps 2 and 3 are exactly the same as they were in ISBoxer 41, so the current wiki page for IWT still holds relevant information in that area. Step 4 should not need to be configured by you at this time, since the Quick Setup Wizard already sets this to the standard Mapped Key, by default.

Are you mixing old Character Sets from ISB41 and new Character Sets from ISB42? If so, then it's likely going to be confusing, but if not, then what I've listed above is how it's set up.

If it still doesn't work, then as was already suggested... share your profile.
