    Default Blizzard has cancelled "Titan"

According to a few different articles coming up now, Blizzard has canned Titan

My first thought was a hope that this means more resources for WoW so maybe I'll get some 5man content updates between expansions finally. Blizz is sure to put at least some of those people back on WoW content development.

My second thought then turned to what those additional resources could mean for multiboxers in general. There's been a trend of squashing us the last few years. Having those resources back could mean some large, sweeping changes coming into WoW in an attempt to freshen up an old game, including some that do more to exclude us from playing this way. It's not beyond the realm of possibility considering the latest word on the expansion and Ashran.

Of course, there's always the possibility that they could simply leave well enough alone or even make more than a token effort to keep us out of the supposed crossfire between Blizzard and bots, but I don't think I'm going to hold my breath on that.

    What's your wild speculations?

My guess was that once they hired all of the extra people to work on WoW after they realized how much content players kept wanting at such a fast pace, they probably felt that they didn't want to maintain two entirely separate teams for two entirely separate MMOs at the same time.

Hopefully now they will put a majority of those remaining people back on WoW so that we don't have to sit in the final tier of an expansion for an entire year (or more).

Well, they could assign those resources to making WoW console-compatible.
They could reassign them to content updates for WoW.
They could be about to lay off a bunch of people to make the Q4 books look good.
They could be moving them all to a completely different title (e.g. Starcraft or Diablo).

    Any number of possibilities.

I dont want anymore work on WoW, soon we'll be leveling up to 200. Take WoW, change the graphics to be different landscape, and start back with level 50 the max.

I suggest a Shadowrun type universe.

I think the Q4 timing of this does not bode well for the Titan development team. Prepare to receive your pink pieces of parchment.
