Can anyone tell me what UI Addon this is?

It looks similar to TukUI but has nameplates and bigger portraits.
I realize you can turn portraits on in tukui, but, they are tiny without modifying code.

Also, the DPS grids?

That doesn't look anything like TukUI and it's just a bunch of add-ons thrown together. The unit frames are XPerl and... there's an action bar add-on, a scrolling combat text add-on, Recount, and JAMBA.

Also, the DPS grids?

hmm, in an earlier video he said he was using TukUI and it looks similar to mine.
I got his other add-ons (Skada, Jamba, VuhDo, etc).

I'll try XPerl and Recount.

Edit: I see what you mean about the TukUI, I only glanced and assumed. His actionbars and such definitely aren't TukUI. Thanks again.
