My gear isn't that great at the moment, so I've only been running expert -> Torment 1. Really lacking on most every important piece like resists/hp/LoH as well as damage, prefacing that as the build of the team is very strong.

    This is the build.

Swap out Elemental Exposure for Cold Blood on the remaining characters. Also swap out Magic Weapon Ignite for something else if you want too.

I'd like to be able to zip around the map more using Teleport, but it's no where near as good as Dashing Strike.

Essentially with this build you hold down left click for Electrocute, spam Frozen Orbs and have the same key round robin Black Holes, and.. just sit there pumping out the damage. Magda was propbably the most hilarious fight so far. All of her terrible spells she uses, just get sucked into the black holes. Same with the Act 5 boss that uses those red slugs, it consumes those as well.

It simplifies encounters so much, it'll be hard to swap off of it.

I've been running 4 Wizards / 3 Wizards + Monk with a very similar build to Ellay. I've been using Frost Nova Bone Chill instead of Black Hole though, and I run Conflagration passive on the Wiz that I use Magic Weapon Ignite on. Bone Chill is nice when I'm using the monk - pull everything in and rotate freezes + an extra 33% damage bonus on top of all the bonuses from the monk. I really like the idea of using round robin for Black Hole instead of Frost Nova though, so I'll give that a try and see how it goes.

I agree with the mobility thing. I'm considering trying barbs or WDs because of it, but the damage that a Wiz can put out without needing build specific legendaries is really nice.

My ultimate Monk build which I haven't been able to fully test is this.
    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#WZRXjk!bhVZ!aaccbY

Ok so a few things to swap around. For one monk have cyclone strike instead of Lashing Tail Kick. Also on the same monk swap out CW:Mangle for Breaking Wave. If you get 20% Cooldown Reduction on any character, drop Beacon of Ytar passive as well for something else.
Additionally Air Ally potentially can be swapped out for Fire ally
Your damage is fire based so you can focus on items like Cindercoat for even more. The only main item you'll want for all characters is the Monk helm http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/the-minds-eye

    How this works:
Essentially round robin Inner Sanctuary so it is always up when your DPS'ing. The Helm causes "Everyone" to regen 10-15 spirit per second, so with it being always up (20 sec cooldown/ 5 sec duration per) the entire group is receiving 55% less damage from Everything! and doing 30% more damage, while massive spirit regen!!!

Secondly if you round robin Breath of Heaven - Zephyr it's a perma 30% group speed buff w/ a heal! combine that with Annhilation for another 30% and fleet footed for 10%, adding on the base 25% you're at a whopping 95% movement speed right after you kill an enemy or 65% in general. Tempest rush whaaaat?!

So let's total in the damage bonus from different effects...
    10% from Crippling Wave
    10% from Mantra of Conviction
    30% from Inner Sanctuary
20-30% from legendary bracers ( I think strongarm?) placed on the cyclone strike monk, they stated when a enemy is knocked up they take 20-30% (depending on rolls) for 5 seconds. Cyclone Strike procs this.
    20% from unity
    + other stuff.

My play time again isn't what it is used to but I think this is a super fast movement speed T1 build that is solid all the way around defensively and offensively.

I've been playing 4x Crusaders and it is an absolute blast. People on several forums complain that the Crusader doesn't have a lot of damage and is cooldown heavy. Cooldowns and damage are are not a problem for a multiboxer. I recommend everyone try out 4 crusaders and below is why.

    My Build: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/crusader#UkYlfR!ageW!cbaZbY

Primary: Justice - Holy Bolts Rune - 1651 to 2427 life on hit returned to you and everyone in the group. Generates 5 wrath on hit.
Secondary: Fist of the Heavens - Fissure Rune

1 - Shield Glare - Divine Verdict Rune - Blind everything up to 40 yards in a 45 degree arc. 20% damage for entire party while blinded. Works on bosses/elites/champions. Lasts 4 seconds with a 12 second cooldown.
2 - Heaven's Fury - Ascendancy Rune - Damage Pillar roaming around doing DPS from at least one Crusader. Lasts 6 seconds with a 20 second cooldown.
3 - Laws of Valor - Critical Rune - Empowering the Law increases attack speed by 15% and Critical Hit Damage by 100% for the entire party. Lasts for 5 seconds or 10 seconds with Long Arm of the Law. 45 second cooldown.
4 - Judgment - Resolved Rune - Judges all enemies in a 20yd circle at the targeted location, which increases your critical strike chance by 80%. Lasts 6 seconds with a 20 second cooldown.

    Passive
    --
Heavenly Strength - The 2H passive says it slows max movement speed by 15%, but when I test it on 1 toon, everyone moves the same speed.
Long Arm - 10 second is key for 100% crit.
Wrathful - 825 health per wrath used (24750 health per Fist of the Heavens)
Holy Cause - Mainly for the health regen coupled with Justice

The key skills are 3 and 4. With 3 and 4 pretty much up ALL the time and everyone has 100% chance to crit (they all have at least 20% crit base) and 100% Crit Hit damage. Round Robin allows the 20% damage blind, 80% crit chance and 100% crit hit to be up all the time as long as your guys are alive. Fists of Heavens can be dropped at range anywhere on the screen. The fissures from one Crusader interact with the fissures from another forming a damaging arc. When 4 Crusaders drop their Fists at the same location, it stacks. Perma stun (blind), 100% Crit, 100% Crit Damage, stacking Fists with Fissure, the DPS is amazing. This is basically a range crusader build. With blind at 30 yards, and Judgment dropping at the target location, everything can be dropped super fast from anywhere on the screen.

I have ISBoxer configured to send buttons 1-4 to all the toons with 1 button press. Easy Mode. Round Robin is set for the above 4 skills seprately on each of their mapped keys step.

I switched to Torment I at level 45 and kept it this way till 70 with a Malthael kill. The only thing I swapped was Laws of Valor to Laws of Justice with Immovable Object Rune (490 All Resist and 7000 armor to the party). Toughness shot to 15Mill on everyone and had only been 70 for about 2 hours. Cheesed the encounter.

I have yet to test or work on resource reduction to have more Fist of the Heavens dropped before neding to regen Wrath. If you want 100% Law uptime, you'll need 10% cooldown reduction. Round robin would then be set to 10.1, which leaves total of .5 second downtime after a rotation.

DPS Avg on everyone is 278L. With Law of Valor up all the time it is at 342K. Not a lot, but that is sheet DPS. Most of the toons have 10-15% Lightning damage increase on items and 10-15% increase to Fist of the Heavens. Plus, you only need 20% chance crit, the rest can be Crit Hit Damage.

Try it and any feedback would be cool.

Very awesome, I haven't seen much about Crusaders at all so this is very tempting Will give Crusaders a try in the future.

For some reason when I first looked at the 80% crit chance increase, I thought it was personal only so I dismissed it. Definitely going to give Crusaders a shot!

The problem I have with my 4x Wizard, is that I cannot stun lock a rift guardian - and depending on which one I get - can sometimes wipe 2-3 times.

Most elite packs have been ok, often two at a time no problem. Usually only have a problem if they get the jump on me and split my Wizards up from the start.

Might give 4 crusaders a go

I can literally almost stay off the screen on a Rift guardian, with electrocute going and the passive paralysis as well as energy armor, it does a pretty good job of stun locking - have not had a problem.

The monk combo I suggested. Tried it out further last night, got some upgrades gear, sitting between 220-350k dps per monk and only running Expert ( I know terrible ) but it is blowing through it smoothly. I have practically no Life per Hit or Life per Second and I have no trouble staying alive at all, I have a group 50k heal every 3 seconds, as well as inner sanc lowering whatever damage I would take down 55% further. I just sit in arcane beams and whatnot. It will be interesting once I bump up the difficulty, but right now it works well because you can rush through a map very fast and your characters stay together well. On the dashing strike combo. I noticed I had to re-group a lot.

Trying the above crusader setup, but when I stick shield glare in the round robin, 3 seconds for each - if the main controlled char hits it several times whilst it's inactive they move forward, even if shift is held down. Doesn't happen with the other skills I've done on RR - I do have an alt mapped key for shift-space that spams the lot

-- to avoid this, and since blind can be 100% up 3 chars, I made my main use condemn vacuum - hopefully this will be better...will see
