I remember reading that article. Was so pumped, I was playing everquest at the time so I knew what an mmorpg was already, and warcraft 2 was one of my favorite all-time games at the time. That article really got the juices flowing.

I logged all my chars to round up pets mounts and achievements. Got the lieutenant general achievement in there as well as some other old schools ones

rank 14 in vanilla was god mode.

Getting a title in vanilla wow was pretty cool. Getting a mount was hard to do as well.

Depending on the server rank 14=You never slept or had two people. Was fun :P
