I'm leveling up professions (enchanting, blacksmithing, tailoring and engineering still have a few dozen more points to go) as well as farming gold. Granted I'm taking the long way to farm it (clearing old raids) but I find it far more enjoyable and since blizzard designs gold costs for people with very little, I suspect I'll be in good shape. I'm also tempted to level up my shaman/warlock team to 85, but I don't know if I can do more gathering quests.
