    But as it stands, true to my past experiences with Blizz, they screwed it up.

    Oatboat sent one SoR. I used it. 80 on Mag... I used that 80 to SoR my second account...second 80 on Mag. I log into the first one to discover..

    WTF!? its been transfered to Kel'thuzad. I dont have ANY toons on that server.

    Support ticket is a Myth. Call them around 7-8am PST instead. Got connected in a few minutes and fixed my problem

    Hell, I've called them at 5pm CST and haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes or so. Phone is definitely the way to go if you want something done ASAP.

    Both consider yourselves lucky then.

    1 hr and 13 mins on hold.. 3 mins of explanation, and 30 seconds to Xfer the toon back to Mag. At least the guy we native to my language, and very pleasant.
