In the process of moving away from whitelist and blacklist, I have been trying to consolidate keys, strokes, and now macros.
I am missing something when trying to setup macros in ISboxer. Specifically, I have: ToonA = Ret paladin ToonB = Frost DK ToonC = Disc Priest ToonD = Restro Druid I haven't really gotten to the rotation yet, just trying to preliminary setup macros and what not. But I was trying to setup a macro key that would do: [Mapped Keys] > [Key] > [Step1] > [Actions] > [New World of Warcraft Macro Action] Target = Character:ToonD /cast [target=ToonA] Rejuvenation [Mapped Keys] > [Key] > [Step2] > [Actions] > [New World of Warcraft Macro Action] Target = Character:ToonD /cast [target=ToonB] Rejuvenation [Mapped Keys] > [Key] > [Step3] > [Actions] > [New World of Warcraft Macro Action] Target = Character:ToonD /cast [target=ToonC] Rejuvenation [Mapped Keys] > [Key] > [Step4] > [Actions] > [New World of Warcraft Macro Action] Target = Character:ToonD /cast [target=ToonD] Rejuvenation When I keep these macros in wow, and use [Keystroke Action] It works fine. But when I remove them, and try to bring these into ISboxer, I am messing something up. Thanks, Acid ps thanks in advance Ualaa . Sorry for such nub questions. I watch the youtube videos, do searches, do as much trial and error and export to innerspace, and usually post when I get too frustrated.

I've not used the "Warcraft Macro Action" yet.
Still fairly new to ISBoxer, started about a month back. All of my keymaps are Keystroke combinations. The steps look good. One keymap, one hotkey to activate, four steps. Each step has a macro action. The macro's look good to me. If each step works, when it sends a keystroke combo to Toon D in wow. I'd be inclined to think the Mapped Key is fine. So the issue is most likely with the Warcraft Macro Action within ISBoxer. Unfortunately, the macro's look good to me. *Edit* I'd probably paste your Config here. Right click on ISBoxer in the top pane. Select copy config to clip board. Go to www.pastebin.com Paste it there. Edit out your account name or B.Net email address. Then paste the link here. |

I'm also having a problem getting a basic macro action to work. If anyone has experience with getting this to work, could you please share?
Edit: It seems you cant create a macro while in game. I exited the game and reloaded and it works now. Last edited by nazgul : 11-15-2009 at 11:31 AM |

You can make macros while playing, you just need to /reloadui for WoW to reload the ISBoxer Addon.

For keymaps and other changes I make when my 4 screens of WOW is loaded/ playing. I have ISboxer open, make changes: Save Export All to InnerSpace >> Inner Space configuration exported successfully << However, when doing macros, you do need to do a /reloadui to all screens. I was really confused by this at first, I even just took the /dance macro that comes with the ISboxer wizard, copied it, assigned it a differnt hotkey, still would not work ............ until you do a /reloadui Mostly just confirming this, because when I went to google my problem, this thread was like the 3rd from the top. Just figured if someone else had something similar, wanted to confirm a solution
