Yes, if all accounts are on the same battle.net you get to share most of the mounts. The exceptions are things like class mounts (paladin/warlock/dk) and PVP rewards.

If you have say an engineering mount or tailoring flying carpet, you can SEE the mount, but you can't ride it without the proper profession skill level.

Please forgive my poor english. Does it mean you will get the same mount on all toons in wow1, wow2, wow3, wow4 with one battle.net account ??

The new patch means that if you have it on one toon, every toon on the same battle.net account gets it! Account wide mounts rock!
