  1. The Start of Something Wonderful...I think.

by , 10-30-2015 at 08:00 AM (Old Grumpy Man Taking Care of His Lawn)
Back in 2003 or 2004 I was involved with a group developing a new game. We all played EQ and had a desire to create our own MMO. Boundless Adventures was formed by Brian Quackenbush and I joined in to help with design, development and testing. You can imagine the raw state things were at and building from scratch was a pretty larger undertaking for a group of 4. We did create a nice world seed generator that was fun to play with.

  2. A Tale of Boosted Team

I returned to WOW and boxing after taking off for several months post the great /Follow nerf to BGs and Boxers. Well I recently got the bug and returned to hit up some new stuff. As usual wanted to shake it up so I grabbed a warrior and four disc priest. Ended up joining a random guild for some signature money that was level one at the time and commenced to get it ground up to level 5-6. Well after dinging level 31-32 I took the plunge and upgrade my five accounts to WoD.

    Ended up at ...

  3. Multiboxing via the Mifi 2200,Hughes, and Wildblue.

Hi Friends, I figured I'd give a review of the Mifi 2200.

Now this is older tech, given that it runs on a 3G network, but this is what I have came to know about it.

I grabbed mine for 20 bucks at the Virgin Mobile store, and then paid another 55 bucks for 5 gig of air time.

Background: I have used both, Hughes and Wild blue in the past, and currently use Wildblue for the majority of my boxing needs.

One important thing to keep in mind, is I live ...
  4. Team 2, newer and faster than team 1

So I decided to park team 1 at 68 while I wait for the aoe loot, and start on team 2. team 2 for me is 4 druids boosted by my ever present 83 blood dk. Right now they are all specced boomkin, although they haven't done much in the way of actually doing anything besides following the dk. Took me 2 1/2 hours to reach level ten, then i used HGWT and was in deadmines less than a minute later. Did DM enough to get the quests and then complete them, then I was immediately off to stockades, once again ...

  5. Rafn with Two

by , 02-01-2012 at 01:47 PM (Old Grumpy Man Taking Care of His Lawn)
I decided to take part in another round of RAF. Instead of 5 I went ahead and just raf'd 2 chars together. The main purpose was to get a rogue to 85 so I could roll with the dudes on Stormreaver. I've reached close to 67 in about 28 hours play time. Fast for me for sure, but probably slow compared to the elites I plan to continue and level a few more toons that I would like to have at 85, like a DK, Mage, and Pally. I already have a DK at 61 or so, so I will probably just grant levels to ...
