Macro for Trading?

Is there a "Trade" Macro? You know ... Trade Conjured Water with Target... or something like that? I don't need it to autoaccept, I just don't want to dig through bags...

look into a mod called TradeDispenser. You can set it to hand out specific items to specific classes when a trade window is opened. Originally created for raiding mages, it can also be used to trade all your cloth to 1 char, or all your ore, etc.
